I ordered an MRA screen from www.bikehps.com recently. They had to order [this particular type specially] from Germany, so it took a while to get here. When it did arrive, it was the wrong one. I emailed them at 5pm, and at 6.30pm, I took a call from the managing director, who came up with a plan to solve my problems. My screen had been sent by mistake to a guy in Herefordshire & I had his one. Within 24 hours I had MY screen in my hands, and am a happy bunny.

It’s the little things that make a difference, and I have no problems recommending HPS as a top retailer. It seems that in this "screw you, we've got your money" world, some companies do still care.”
